Our products are substantial, high-quality outdoor appliances, and delivery is handled accordingly. Larger items such as woodburners, logstores and outdoor kitchens are shipped via specialist pallet networks, while smaller accessories are delivered by courier.
All RB73 products are manufactured in the Netherlands. Some items may be available from UK stock for faster dispatch, while others are supplied directly. Either way, all import duties and fees are covered by us, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

1. Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

2. How Your Order Will Arrive
Pallet Deliveries (Large Items)
Woodburners, logstores and outdoor kitchens are typically delivered via pallet.
- Delivery is kerbside only
- A tail lift service is included
- The courier will contact you to arrange a delivery date
- You are responsible for moving the goods from the delivery point
These are heavy, substantial products, so please ensure you have suitable access and assistance available on the day of delivery.
Small Parcel Deliveries
Accessories and smaller items are delivered via courier.
- Delivered separately from pallet items (if applicable)
- Standard tracked delivery service
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product and availability.
Typical delivery windows are:
- 3β5 working days for many items
- 10β14 working days for others
These are estimates, not guarantees, but we aim to deliver as quickly as possible.
If you need an item for a specific date, we recommend contacting us before ordering to confirm availability.

Prefer to collect your order? No problem.
We offer free collection from our Essex warehouse β simply select this option at checkout.

5. Failed Deliveries
For pallet deliveries, it is essential that someone is available to accept the order on the agreed delivery date.
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- No one being present
- Unsuitable access
- Incorrect delivery details
- Late changes to the agreed delivery date
A re-delivery charge will apply.
For pallet deliveries, this is typically 50% of the original delivery cost.
6. Important Information Before You Order
Before placing your order, please ensure:
- Your delivery address is correct
- There is suitable access for a delivery vehicle
- Someone is available to receive the delivery
- You have arranged help to move heavy items if needed
Responsibility for moving goods beyond the delivery point rests with the customer.
We recommend inspecting your items as soon as possible after delivery and reporting any issues promptly.
7. Import Fees & Duties
All RB73 products are manufactured in the Netherlands.
Where items are supplied from outside the UK, all import duties and fees are fully covered by us.
There will be no additional charges on delivery β guaranteed.
